My QT learning.... =) :Galatians 6:7-10
Wouldn't life be easier if we could blame everything bad that happens on our parents, our past, our neighbours, our circumstances, our biology? Wouldn't it be great if we didn't have to take any responsibilty for ourselves?
"Do not be deceived... whatever one sows, that will he also reap." Galatians 6:7
Nowhere is the harvesting principle more apparent than a farm. After the cold, hard winter, spring comes and the ground is tilled. The farmer sows seed into the field. Then, if he has been diligent thruout the summer, he harvests at the fall. He reaps what he has sown.
I'm sure we understand the concept but do we get the application to our lives? Scripture says that whatever we plant, we harvest.
What have we been planting in our finances and in our walk with GOD?
As hard as it is to accept, where we are today is bcos of the choices we've made. Our rationalizations, excuse-making & blaming others keeps us in bondage. When we admit & say, "OK, this is a consequence," then we can begin to experience GOD's grace flowing into the place of recognition & truth. This is the truth tt sets us free. Far more than we ever want to admit, we r responsible for what we have planted & are now harvesting.
Do we have faith to believe tt GOD can make this turning point in our lives? When we honestly come b4 GOD with repentance, HE will energize our future with grace because of our humility. I've been paid for in FULL 11:15 AM
