First of all! HAPPY 20th birthday kenny!

Secondly today is an awesome day without WORK!!!! Thank GOODESS! I catch a movie with my dearest ys in the morning and went to my popo's new house to celebrate my cousin shi han's 10th birthday!! just wanna tell my family and relatives~ I really love you all... It's so great to be in your presence. Just feel the never ending love that is showered upon me by you guys. <3

Thirdly to my dearest two year old cousin qiqi, though u are so small and yet so dearest to me, i will pray for speedy recovery for you! Hope you will get well from your cough and gain back your appetite....

Fourthly, thanks my dearest ys for making sure i have taken my meals and medicine on time and everytime making sure that i reached home safely by sending me back home despite of your busy schedule. Just wanna tell you that your actions and thoughts have deeply touched my heart!

Last but not least, to my dearest janx janx, thanks for being a great sis and fren to me... always smsing me tt u miss me and telling me how impt i am to u! <3 wanna tell you that you are the bestest gift GOD placed in my life! hugs~ though we may not meet so often now as compared to school days, you have totally win my heart and be in my prayers and thoughts everyday! =) i will pray as u begin your working life this coming monday! Hoping GOD will watch upon you and bless you as you love HIM with all your heart!

why do u have to always like that? i hope i'm a guy at times, where i can do much more for the one who i like... it's complicated... today ys come find me, but im just so angry and hurt abt what happened on sat, i just ignore and walk very fast home. when the lift comes i just run in and go up to my house. i really don know when i will forgive completely, maybe time heals every heart bahx.

today i wake up very early... specially went for the meeting at HQ which is located near ubi road... we meet at toa payoh bus interchange at 8.45am.. my supervisor evon directed us the way.. however the bus 8 got double-decked... so she actually sits upstairs while my fren jelly, a new boy and i sits downstairs... jelly and i have a nice long chat.. and suddenly the new boy says i think they alighted here.. so we quickly rushed down and alighted from the bus.. but ended up they are still on the bus... zzz.. then evon is like super funny... she sms me and asked why i listened to the new boy, not scared he brings us and sells us away meh? hahas...

when we reached HQ, we punched card and then waited for the boss for briefing... he talk quite monotonous and jelly is like telling me that she feels super bored.. LOL! after the meeting i accompany her to take bus to dhoby ghaut cos she gotta go work... wahaha, while i don nid! but her colleague is like super friendly, she can ask her go take a rest first cos she knows she is tired all those... super sweet and thoughtful la~ envy!

i meet my mummy at outram park mrt station, im like so worried that i cant find her as my hp is completely flat at the wrong time!! luckily, i managed to try to on it for like less than 1 min, i tell her straight to meet at the lift before my hp off again... LOL! then im like very hungry when i meet her cos i miss my breakfast and lunch... then my mummy buys fruits and mr bean for me... thank you mummy! <3 u...

i went to see chinese physician then go bugis street with mummy to buy new year clothes... i like the jean skirt and fluffy skirt i choose, the top i don quite like it, but my mummy keeps saying nice nice nice in front of the salesgirl, so i buy it lor~ then after everything i meet ys to eat dinner together and receive my korea jewellery... thanks for helping me to order and pay... haha... love you.. muacks~

after that i just go home... thanks for sending me home too, ys! =)

today i wake up very early just to go swimming with yuna~ it's a fulfilling task for us... hahas, although we are tired, we still enjoy one another's presence... after swimming we went to eat at cha can ting... i eat century egg porridge while she eats mushroom veg noodles... and both of us order the very ex de soya milk... zzzz! after that i went to work... starting this day right is really very impt to me, hahas... thanks my dear girl aka sister~

work is as normal... but sales is rather good today~ jos is a bit angry or upset, hope she will be fine soon~ after work.... there is a huge surprise... this really ease all my tiredness off immediately.. i love you ys~ you are really great to me~~ hahas... anyways tml i will be attending my first meeting with the big big boss... hope i will survive thru it >.< hahas.... and also got to see my long long time no see de jelly~ YUMMY!

why am i always being bullied at work? zzz... every morning gotta clean every disc and racks.. at the same time serve customers~ donno what my colleague doing also... maybe pretend to be busy? from morning to afternoon... i start to clean 3 racks~ maybe abt 500 to 1000 disc... whereas she always do the easy job.. talk on the phone for like super long... im pretty sure it's abt gossiping other colleague and chit chat only... that is why i say a big slacker and pretender.... still can tell me to be more alert and serve customers when im cleaning the rack and disc.... then after i go out help her buy lunch~ and do the goods... after that still help her buy ice-cream while she is still on the phone... keep asking me to jiayou on sales while she is also not doing her part~ putting the important receipt at the wrong place~ moreover... she asks me whether i go mount himalayas to buy ice-cream... why take so long etc? sianz... today supposed to mop the floor also nv mop cos she is lazy to take water~ so in my heart... is it when ppl work for a long period of time... then they can take their job lightly or not seriously? they can compromise their work attitude and integrity?

today is a great day for me... just wanna have a habit to post whatever i feel about today.. today sales is quite bad~ but i still feel thankful that i met a lady who is called michelle. she is very nice indeed... although this maybe my only time meet her in my whole life, i just wanna hope the very best for her... she is a teacher in a international school... very sweet girl.. i think she draws ppl to her~ she looks cheerful and happy~ looks like someone GOD placed to brighten my day~ thank you michelle!

after work i meet yuna~ i thank GOD for this fren in my life~ she is great... also janx and ningz... why are U so good to me although im far from U? placing such good frens and sisters in my life is one of the greatest gift i ever got... they not only care abt me.... but also my family~ my mummy undergoes operation on the 29th jan... they are so concerned abt me till the point that yuna actually make a point to visit her today~ always smsing or calling me to ask me how is she! thank you girls... i love you all~ one thing to tell u all is that if someone gotta ask me a few things tt i wont wanna lose in life... one of the things is definitely the friendship and sisterhood with the 3 of u! <3

Today is a great day. I stay at home to play maple for like 2 hours. Then wait for my frens to sms me when and whr to meet. I went out to meet my frens at yishun then we go jurong to meet sera. She is quite a nice girl, easy going then we talk like a lot. At least quite a lot for someone who i only know for one day. =) We went to east coast park and im supposed to learn cycling. I really cant balanced myself. In the end, my fren had to return the roller blade and accompany me to cycle the two person de bicycle. It is really sweet of my fren. <3 you fren. hmm... after that we went to eunos de coffeeshop to eat dinner. After that zw send sera home and my fren send me home. Truly touched ^^ thanks and appreciate it~ hahas... hope to know sera better ^.^ it is a great day indeed! tml i going to unstoppable at paris ris at 1130am and the pro thing is i havent sleep yet and now is like 230am le. wahaha. anyways now muscle ache! i think i too long nv work out so much le... except going down to my park there for a slow jog. Hope i can learn cycling soon. hahas. YEAH!

Today i wake up at 11am... realised that maple got new job then i go create new character called x3Lovelle in Bootes. hahas. Then at abt 1pm i meet sandra and the rest of the people to go melissa's house for cg. It's quite a fun cg... just gotta know 2 ppl, they are li ting and elwin. Today we play a childhood game which is called "What is the time now, MR WOLF?" it's very fun, just that there is two people injuried and they are melissa and wai kit. hope they are fine worx. anyways ppl, the unstoppable camp is coming~ really can feel ur excitement. hope u ppl can experience GOD in a great measure and most importantly nv let your spirit die down during camp~ jiayou ppl <3 forever GOD. YOU are just so great that no one can ever be compared to YOU. muacks~ <33333 =) tml i'll be in the hospital the whole day, i really hope it will be fine~ GOD take control~

Today i really very tired. Because i didn't sleep well last night.. I have diarrhea and vomit throughout the night. Hopefully later when i'm about to sleep that time will be better. Please.. GOD heal me. Monday going to take LCCI exams already but now still not yet study. GOD help me to be fine so that i can be faithfully in my studies ok? Today... i wake up at 11am.. first day it seems more like a hols le ^^... cos for the past two days i have to go school at 8am. Today quite depressed and stressed mood leh... i went for a jog in the park and i have jog for 12 rounds. first time in my life, i jog so many rounds in one go. and im very proud of myself. wahaha. i really feel better after the jog. hmm... today i went out to study. hahaha it is nice studying outside rather than at home cos a lot of distraction like com and tv.

today is a great day... i went for breakfast with ya hui.. she bought me a gift from sasa. lols... then after which i meet a fren at j8... she treat me sushi and bubble tea.. then we go yishun for laksa and dessert. it was a simple day, but i have great fun with her. thank you fren! hmm... then i go nana's pet shop. err... Nana and Haining always my best buddies

Today is one of my most memorable day of my life. After school, i went jurong point with nana.. i went to buy my aunties' birthday gift. hmm i have bought a necklace and braclet for both of them at perlini silver. after that, im kinda broke but i have a birthday treat from nana at pizza hut and coffee bean. The tom yum pizza is really delicious and there is a cool drink with it, it is called the mango sunrise.

then we went coffee bean for a chill. nana order tiramisu cake, choc cake, passion fruit blackforest tea and hazelnut latte. We settled down and watched some shows and played games. It's a great time with her! ^^

I went home and tuned in to FM 93.3, haining wrote in and dedicate a song for me. Im so touched man! err... although the song is not being played but her letter is being read out by the DJ, Ivy. the content is so so touching! im like almost going to cry... thank GOD for u haining. You and nana really add in a lot of colours into my school life in MI! i will always treasure this friendship with both of u! ^^

please can u tell me what exactly that i have done wrong? today in school... hmm... everything seems very fine to me. we have PW early in the morning. it's presentation by various diff groups. then our grp is nt presenting as we have presented on tues alr. py and nima nv sit with me, min and khai... i sense smth is wrong... but i nv ask so much. im supposed to pass to py the thumb drive on the rationale of choosing adam's journey. however, i nid more edition so i nv pass it to her during the PW lesson. moreover, my grp nobody bring laptop.

after PW... i meet my beloved frens to eat and talk at the sch cafe.. had a rather high time with them. then bell rings... we go back to home class and wait till 1225pm to report at e hub to do the online survey. when i do the survey until halfway, then one of my PW mates pass a document to me and ask me to read thru and sign... i read thru roughly and i was very angry to read the comment they written abt me... did they really give me a chance to explain clearly or whatever?

at that moment, im thinking in my heart that why would they think this way abt me? they say i use handphone during meeting, use minimal effort, always "copy and paste" and always complain i have a lot of work to do etc. they also mentioned that i missed a lot of meetings cos of medical appointment. but did they consider my feelings and my health etc? hais...

i think they saw my reaction when i read the document. i read and then put aside and continue with the online survey. after which, min come to my table and asked, "can i use the document first, since u are not using it now?" i replied, "ok!" so he take the document away and read. at the end of the session, nima came and passed it back to me, i refused to sign and pushed it away. i called my parents straight away to ask whether i can quit sch or not. i cant stand the way they treat me anymore.

nima, on the way of walking out the lab, she said very loudly, " wah lao. why she like that?... feel like giving her a tight slap!" but by that time i was waiting for my best buddy in class, hn, at the same time on the phone. hn saw me crying and talking over the phone. she asked me what happen. i told her and i walked out the lab, crying very badly, she asked me why not talked to my home tutor, mr d. chong.

i said ok. she helped me called him and we were waiting outside the library by then. my hp rang.. i thought my parents called. i picked up the phone and it was my classmate. she says ms n. wanna see u. i told her i dont wanna see ms n. then i hang up the call. my chong reached and asked hn is it about PW that's why i cry? hn say ya. and that time she was crying too. mr chong says he wanna called py to come here too.

i run to the toilet and hide inside the cubicle cos i don wanna see her. she is my pw leader.. she is not in good terms with me and that's why everything that i do whether right or wrong, she is very bu shuang abt me. hn ran after me and come to the toilet. she asked me to come out cos my grp mates and home tutor and PW tutor is outside waiting. i said i dont wanna see them... after some time, ms nora also come in.

ms nora explained a lot of things.... blah blah blah.. we talked like for very long behind the cubicle door... she persuaded me to come out and i refused. i asked her to give me sm time alone with hn... i asked hn to come in the cubicle. i talked to her... i asked her why i cry she also cry? she says she is very sad to see me so sad. from her speech and action, i know i have found a very true fren in my life!

she hugs me and we cried really hard. after not very long time, my mummy come in the toilet and shouted my name! she asked me to come out, i asked her whether is there anyone following her in the toilet. she says no... i opened the door. then she asked me not to cry le etc... ms nora also come in then. she asked me to wash my face and then go out. before i go out of the toilet, i saw nima coming in. then i turn and back faced her, ms nora chased her out.

then when i stepped out the toilet, i saw mr chong. we walked back towards the library whr my bag is. i saw nima again and im about to turn back. the teachers and hn hold on to me and asked why not we go to an empty classroom instead of staying at whr nima is. we go to the classroom and talked for very long. then mr chong asked nima to come in to clarify smth. she starts crying.... zzz.. im the one who is being bullied here. don know she cried for what.

she denied the fact that she comment that she wanna slap me. then mr chong had no choice but to release her and we keep talking... hais... in conclusion the teachers asked me to compile everything that i have done and meet on mon again with the both of them and my grp mates.

today is saturday again! hahas... i go to church and before service... got seed meeting... yeah.. i have deep sharing with my sbcs... and it's just so awesome spending time with her! the feelings is just so different... well... i thank GOD for that! hahas... and the seed meeting is just so applicable to me... loving the unlovable! ^^

then sermon... it's abt love too... loving GOD with all my heart,mind,soul and strength.. after service... i went to eat yami yogurt with zixin... it's really nice... and i went sakae sushi to meet pearl and ning they all... they so rich la! i went home at abt 9pm... yeah...

msn is disaster... I HOPE THIS FRIENDSHIP WILL LAST! ~my heart hurts~

my saturday rocks

hi ppl... u know what? it's saturday again!! my long waited saturday!!! hahas... today before service i meet mh and sandy(coreteam) for cg evaluation at S11!!!! sandy says it's the best cg's praise and worship session... thank GOD man! i think tt time im quite afraid to lead... but upon trusting GOD... HE works in all our lives! yeah...

after that... we went for prayer meet... before pm... i saw jess and zyann... haha i pass them the christmas gift and card tt i have prepared long ago... anyway i feel bad leh... cos my cg mates think they don have gift... but i give them le mah... the chocolates... oh ok... then come to prayer meet... it was great...

during service... there's many prophesies... and it's quite relevant to me as well... the sermon too... haha... after meeting i went for the all-stars meeting... it's a good teaching by matthias... turning the impossible to success... i think im quite on to see fruits in MI really soon... and ppl u know what? today three JJ ppl come to join us...

i think GOD is opening our front doors to welcome more ppl into our CG... so let's jiayou ppl in retaining this ppl in our family... yeah yeah... and tml i will stay at home to study study and study.... though the fact is my sabbath day... cos monday got POA test... so please pray for me ppl for GOD's wisdom!!!! jiayou huiying.

last but not least... today's fellowship was great ^^.... and i just rmb n level results released le... lol... so i only ask my mei, liyan, today for her results... today we went to arcade and dhoby ghaut exchange there for fellowship... on the way... we still see some north ppl and justin... yeah.... it's a great day afterall!! =)

today is quite a slack day... but we got econs test.. the most sian thingy! cos it's my worst subject other than GP! err.. the test is not exactly tough... but i just cant complete it on time... the HT period is slacking too... cos we have finished what we supposed to do le... and that's the "psychological contract" and "target setting"...

err... yup yup... then i go back to WSS to help out in the orientation thingy.. they really deproved a lot la... i pray that GOD u will help them.... most of the things we help them to do la... i hope GB will not fall in time to come! yeah... i very sleepy now... gotta sleep le... night ppl!! thank GOD for my shpd as well, for coming all the way down to bishan to meet me for shepherding just now!!

Hebrews 12:4-11

We know that GOD wants us and love us beyond measure. We just need to hear the answer from Him again. Because we know GOD loves us, we are willing to accept His plan for us, even though that plan includes discipline and hard times.

Hebrews 12:10 says, "Our fathers disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but GOD disciplines us for our good, that we may share in His holiness."

We probably didn't like (or think we deserved!) all the discipline our parents gave us as we were growing up, and we may not like GOD's discipline either. But GOD corrects His children to bring them closer to Himself. He disciplines us so that when we ask, "Is this the child that You wanted?" He can look into your eyes and heart and answer, "Absolutely!"

God corrects us because He loves us.

today the first thing i do when i reach school is to take the remote controller... lol.. err. and i lead the "psyshological contract" thingy.... it's quite bad and difficult to get their attention..... i hope GOD will mould me to be a better and more effective leader!!!!!! but above all... i think personally it's a gd training for my PW... hahas... so thank GOD... yeah!

then it's a long day in school..i rush down for caregroup aft tt..amazingly when i got down the escalator i saw the bus 302 @ the bus stop..i thought i couldn't caught the bus alr..must wait for the next one..but surprisingly..the bus close the door & stop there for quite some time..then when i reach there aft like 2/3 mins..the bus driver open the door & let me board the bus..so thank GOD for tt so tt i can be punctual for CG though the fact i end school the latest among all my CG members.

in the end..all of them r late..haha..but mh was dere alr!lol..& we had a great time of games & a spirit-led worship..although i think it was quite bad cos im very nervous..there is like 8 to 10 prophesies thruout the worship..& that's like "wow"..GOD is indeed working among us!

then aft tt we had affirmation,reflection for 2007 & new resolution for 2008.i affirm mh & ruth.. actually wan2 affirm my shepherd too but no time... i think 2007 had been quite a sickly year for me & ministry is quite stagnant as well.. for 2008 is to finish the OT, be shepherd, be CL & complete CG08~ yeah. ^^

AND THE DEAD MEAT thing is I FORGET TO RETURN the AIR-CON controller..donno tml will get scolding or not and tt please pray for my econs test tml!GOD HELP ME!ahhh..and i cant adapt to the sleeping and waking up time as well..cant sleep well & have a lot of nightmares tt make me feel very tired aft waking up though i haf a long night rest!PRAY 4 me k? thanks! =)

We may have a job/work tt appears to be undesirable. It may seem mundane. But you know wat? It's a work/job tt GOD has allowed us to have. It should therefore be a source of thankfulness, not bitterness or apathy. Work @ it with all our hearts for GOD. We are not serving our teacher/boss. "It is the Lord Christ u are serving" (Colossians 3:24).

Be innovative! Think of ways to make our work an encouragement to others. Use our creativity to increase productivity. The bottom line? Be thankful & glorify GOD by wat we do! Do our job to the glory of GOD.

Whether it's on the playing field or in academic circles, ours is a culture built on winning. The tendency is to lash out at those we perceive to be blocking our express lane to success- a coach, a parent, a teacher. But as Christians, we should use a radically different framework to gauge success. It is the example set by Jesus Christ.

If anyone could have pointed a finger of blame at those around Him, it was Jesus. He was the most misunderstood & falsely accused individual in history. Yet He built His ministry on integrity, grace, and submission to His Father's will. His disciples sought to usher in their own version of Kingdom, complete with political freedom from the Romans and personal positions of power and prestige (not necessarily obtained by peaceful means).

Christ's mission led Him to the cross, which looked for all the world like the all-time loss. He took upon Himself all the blame & guilt we deserved. Yet throughout His terrible ordeal, His words were marked by grace, restraint, & love. Even from the cross, He forgave sins (Luke 23:34-43) & showed tender concern for His own mother & His best friend (John 19:26-27).

The next time u want to point a finger of blame at someone, remember the example of Christ. Remember too tt the target of yr anger is every bit as human as u.

When tempted to blame, imagine yrself on the receiving end.

In the beggining, GOD created the sun, moon, every star, all the surrounding planets, and the earth (Genesis 1). You and I have no idea what GOD's activities may have been elsewhere in the universe, but according to the Bible and as far as He wanted us to know, He picked out one tiny speck on which to build a world - our world. And He picked it out so that when the time had fully come, HE could send His Son (Galatians 4:4).

Can you imagine the fellowship of the members of the Trinity on the seventh day? As they rested and looked over the very good work they had accomplished, one planet had been tended like no other. Perfectly placed in the universe, with adequate distance from the sun, moon, and stars, and able to sustain human life - it was chosen for divine purpose.

"For GOD so loved the world." The Bible doesn't tell us He loved the sun, though it's the most impressive among the heavenly bodies we can see. Nor are we told that He loved the stars, even though GOD "determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names" (Psalm 147:4).

John goes out of his way, however, to tell us - not just that GOD loved the world - but that He so loved the world. In a universe so vast, why does GOD single out one little planet to love?

It's because we are on it. As despicable as humanity can be, GOD loves us. We are His treasures, His creation. He loves us so much that He did something that we would not do for anyone. He "gave his only son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16).

Today is my 17th birthday!!! Then to my surprise my "family" can rmb my birthday!! hahas... i tot they don rmb! i give out goodies to my classmates! ^^ after school... my home tutor, mr daniel chong bring in the cake after CL lesson (sch dismissal) ! hahas... broke the surprise le! then he also write the card and waving the card in the air! i saw it!! muahaha!

thank GOD for them! i feel touched!! we also played UNO in CL lesson... and watch xiao hai bu ben (direct translation-small children not stupid).. then hn mama like crying non-stop cos very touched by the show! during GP... we watched silent hill! nice movie! but nid a bit of understanding here and there! quite slack lor!

my auntie bought two shirt for me, chen wei and shi hui bought hp accessory and stress ball... CG bought donut... my "family" bought earrings and cake... my dad bought me a camera and cake... my fren bought me a minnie and a card as bday present! =) then went for swimming! a bit late lor.... cos got bday celebration at home! ^^

pearl and ning cant rmb my birthday... sobs!! T.T today swimming quite ok lor... but difficulty face is my back stroke cant make it and i keep panting for air! what i do is that i try my best to practice blowing bubbles a few times more than before!! after swimming going back with my dad and bro... cos they coming swimming with me! ^^ so nice of them!

What are we holding on to? All of us need to ask ourselves this question. Without a doubt, we are living in a messed-up world, and it's no wonder that sometimes we find ourselves over-whelmed by the powers of darkness. At this point of despair, we need to follow Paul's advice to Timonthy, to "fight the good fight of faith." And what did Paul say we should be holding on to? Our GOD and eternal life! Cling to the truths and teachings of our Master-Jesus. And ultimately we hold on to the fact that one day we will see Him face-to-face, that good will triumph over evil, and that we will reign with Him in heaven forever.

Don't despair. There's a happy ending, and you too can be part of this great story. In the battles of life, hold on to eternal life. ^^ GOD may u be the one and only one that we hold onto!!! =)

Today i received my report book... generally my clinque do quite well... Im 1st, 2nd hn, 3rd yt, 4th py, 6th lincoln and 8th dy... yeah!!! praise the LORD! i know 3 of my classmates are retained, 1 advanced and 1 superannuated! i prayed that the peace of GOD will be with them and give them comfort! hahas... my form teacher also tell the class to hang out more often with us!^^

God i know it's You who make this possible! yeah yeah! and im in the top 10 in the whole cohort! GOD has really favor me and blessed me much! i prayed that my clinque will work hard and we will be all in the top 6! jiayou ppl! really love this "family"! today in gp lesson, we watched silent hill halfway... sobs, have to wait for next gp lesson then can continue watching the part 2! T.T

my results are as follows: CL 69 B, ECONS 47 E, GP 47 E, MATH 77 A, PHY 73 A and POA 64 B... although did quite well compared to the whole cohort... really hope that i can improve in my GP and Econs! Jesus gives a little gardening lesson in John 12:24 to teach us this profound truth:"Unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone;but if it dies,it bears much fruit."A seed has to die before a plant grows.We dont produce godly fruit in our lives unless we die to our own goals, dreams,desires, & ambitions.

Some may think:That doesn't seem right.I lose everything I want?Contrary to how it may seem,you come out the winner when you trade your list for GOD's list.My little goals traded for GOD's promises.My teaspoon of dreams for His ocean of purposes.No one who surrenders everything to Christ has ever regretted it.Millions of satisfied customers have filled e ages.But it's got to be done His way.

Sadly, some who claim to be Christ's followers never get very far on "dying to self."As Jesus Christ's followers,give Him our all.Stop looking for things to give you happiness or satisfaction.When u turn it all over to Him,u will find what u've been looking for all along.

1st Swimming Lesson!!!

Today i wake up early... haha... play maple.. with two friends.... training them! then at abt 1pm plus...... went out for shepherding with sandy..... she teaches me abt having victory in GOD!! yeah! thank GOD for her that although she is quite busy SOWing and with PW, she still makes time to come down to bishan to meet me!

after shepherding... i walk from j8 back home... when i reached home, i saw my primary school frens, shi hui and chen wei! so nice of them to come to visit me... i feel bad to make them wait for me man! err.... then i receive my first birthday present today! it's a really sweet keychain with much blessings i guess! hahas... i parted with my frens and went swimming lesson!

At toa payoh swimming complex... i met up with 4 frens.. the coach is quite a nice guy... his name is joseph lee.. i think he should be a christian bahx... i could tell btw he talk... and he teaches us swimming without him touching the water... cool right? lol...

Today before i went into pool... im feeling anxious and uncertain.. cos i got phobia of water, but after i went into the water... i learnt to trust GOD... and be bold and courageous to try it out to my best... in the end the coach says he can see me putting a lot of effort trying! yeah! and he says he likes my forward freestyle!

We learnt about holding long breath, back stroke, "kicking" water, forward and backward freestyle, forward and backward floating and "pushing" water etc! After swimming... i feel a sense of satisfactory and relaxation! During the swimming, the problem i faced is gastric pain and tiredness... after washing up... i went to fellowship with my frens!

Though we are from different church... but from the depth of our hearts we know that we are sisters-in-christ and we serve the same GOD! yeah yeah... just reach home not long ago.. at about 1115pm... tired! a bit muscle ache... hahas... i think i have been putting deliberate effort to train for dec marathon! jiayou huiying! night everyone!

Tml is service! Hope all the ppl who dont know GOD... will cross the line of salvation soon and those, who are in Christ, will be ministered by Him!! God bless and cya around!!

When we get to the higher plane of love it will not be hard for us to work for the Lord. God hates the great things in which love is not the motive power, but He delights in the little things that are prompted by a feeling of love.

I am getting sick and tired of hearing the words duty, duty. You hear so many talk about it being the Christian's duty to do this and do that. Is there not a much higher platform than that of mere duty? When that is the constraining power it is so easy to work. It is not hard for a mother to watch over a sick child. You never hear Paul talking about what a hard time he had in his master's service. He was constrained by love to Christ, and by the love of Christ to him. He counted it a joy to labor, and even to suffer, for his blessed master.

Matthew 4:1-11

God loves us and has a wonderful plan for our lives. As soon as we accept that truth and begin following that plan, it won't be long before we realize that Satan has a plan too. He doesn't care is we call ourselves Christian. He just doesn't want us to act like one. And when we consider that countless people who are turned off by hypocritical Christians, it's obvious why this is one of Satan's favorite strategies.

Everyone expects Christians to act differently- and rightly so. If Satan can sidetrack us from living as Jesus' true followers, he has won the day. It all boils down to a power struggle, seen in Matthew 4. Satan wasn't out to kill Jesus. Rather, at this point he was out to recruit Jesus. In essence, it was Satan's way of saying, "I don't care if You are the Messiah, just let me manage how You're going to work out Your Messiahship."

It's interesting that the Spirit intentionally led Jesus into the wilderness for this confrontation. Perhaps to remind us that life with Jesus is not always easy. In fact, we should expect to spend some time in the "wilderness" of temptation and testing. When we're at our weakest, as Jesus must have been after his 40-day fast, Satan tries to take advantage. He knows where we're vulnerable and creeps into our struggle with seemingly good plans. But beware - his plans are not God's plans, and they're not good plans! Jesus knew that, and He over-powered the enemy with the Word of God.

Admist the dry and dusty scenery of weak moments in our lives, it's GOD's Word that refreshes our souls and protects us from Satan's attempt to manipulate and malign our witness for Christ. His Word is the key to victory. It also charts the course for following His wonderful plan for our lives.

I love the words of Romans 8:15-17.According to these verses,we are children of GOD.In fact,the words "Abba!Father!" can be translated,"Daddy,Father."

I'm privileged to haf a wonderful earthly father,& yet my father is human.He has weaknesses,shortcomings & imperfections. But indeed everyone,including myself,have too! No matter how hard he tried, he is but a man. But we haf a heavenly Father who is perfect,who loves us dearly, & who wants us to call Him "Abba Father" or "Dad".

This world can be very cruel. Rejection is part & parcel of the downside of our lives.People don't always treat us right, reject us. But we belong to GOD, & all tt He has is at our disposal. The Holy Spirit who lives in us is really, in a sense, an expression of GOD our Father's smile, His favour, His pleasure.

God is proud of us.He loves us.In fact,when HE goes with us everyday.He says to others through our lives,"Hey, these are My children.They have My name.Their names are Christians."

I believe as im reading this passage for my QT... God wants me to tell the readers here that there's smth special for every Christian to do. That's what we mean by a "calling." A calling from God is the burden on our hearts. Sometimes we're so busy in life doing "Christianity" that we dont pay attention to those gentle promptings the Spirit of God has given each of us. If we want to know the meaning and purpose in life, we need to heed what GOD has placed on our heart and be true to that vision, that sense of mission.

The Apostle Paul is a great model to follow. In Acts 26, Paul had just given his testimony to King Agrippa explaining why he did what he did. Paul wrapped it all up in verses 19 and 20 by saying, "I stayed on track. God gave me a vision and I ordered my life and disciplined myself to be true to that vision."

Life is urgent and uncertain. That's why we need to be sure that we're doing what GOD has placed in our hearts to do. Dont take the will of GOD for granted. That's your heavenly vision. Find out what it is, and give your life to doing it.

Application/Testimony: Upon reading this passage and GOD speaking to me... i suddenly have a strong urge to sms my ex-UL, David Ong, who is now in NS... to ask him how is he! HE finally replied.. saying that he is not doing very well there, as his operation wound hurts and have to rest and stop all the training on a island out of singapore... i think it is quite divine...

Being the oldest son, Jesus would have been responsible for the care of His mother. Tradition says that John was with her when she died.

Now, here at the cross as Jesus faces the struggle of His life, He is nevertheless mindful of His mother. And perhaps this second statement shows a measure of concern for the youthful John, who perhaps at this point in his life needed Mary more than she needed him.

John's obedience to Jesus' words was immediate. "From that hour," he says, "the disciple took her to his own home." It might seem puzzling if we stop tp think about it. They weren't even remotely close to John's home in Capernaum, far to the north, in the Galilee. (Though there is a tradition that John's father, Zebedee, had a business in Jerusalem and would have naturally had a home there, there is nothing about it in the text.)

What's the first thing that comes to mind when i think of GOD? To me, HE's the Creator of the universe. This is often so easily to say that we used to forget how incredible the statement is.

Psalm 8:3 says, "When I look at your heavens the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place." Hebrews 11:3 says, "by faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of GOD, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible."

But despite all that, GOD extended Himself toward us with the incredible love of the cross through His Son, Jesus Christ. He wrote His love message on that crossbeam of wood and pinned it to an empty sky for all the universe to see: "I love you". He opened the way for us to come back to HIM.

the doc says if i go to seek medical treatment one or two days later... may have to end up in the hospital... scary man! thank GOD... i go see doc le! yup yup... and hor i allegy to a medicine which can cure the nausea feeling... so there is no better medicine for me le! diao diao... then he kinda give me flu tablets for nausea! =(

Today i wake up so so so early to go for this leadership conference at RP! the place is quite nice and we were very well-fed! i went to two talks M.A.D and yours/mine?... they are interesting man! like M.A.D is making a difference and yours or mine is taking ownership of the place we are living in.. in the sense quite divine, and we can apply in christian context... like making a difference wherever we go with the love of GOD!

and taking ownership of our schools... to win them over to the world of light! yeah yeah... and miss sally chew is quite funny also... she is the girls' brigade commissoner! i really respect her a lot! she talks abt dreams and passion.. she is a christian... so the way that she tries to speak to us is special cos she trying to tell us abt the parable of the good neighbour!

Today is saturday... i went to bible study at chinatown... tabernacle of joy! we learn abt a lot of stuff from the bible! after the bible study... we went for lunch... i eat until very full man. service is awesome.. yeah yeah.... the reading of the scripture is cool and great la! yeah!! i wanna respond to the svc by doing everything to GOD! after svc... we went talking with aloysius and jennah... we keep on talking and stopping...

haha... sandy is like a bit frustrated... hahaha... funny... then scared me and mh la... xy nearly banged down by a car... she is actually walking towards us with her shpd... then she hugged us at the side and the road... don know why she dashed into the middle of the road... then a taxi nearly banged her down! thank GOD the taxi stopped in time! we went to le merdian for tea break!

jennah accidentally dropped the drink and she is like auntie mopping the floor! haha... jkjk... but she is a very sweet girl... cos she scared it's very slippery and we will fall down, so she decided to mop dry the place! lol... then we have a nice chat and then called hannah thru loud speaker to pray for her! hope that she will be ok soon! jiayou hannah! Today we have shepherding at mark and spencers before svc! it's great! we close off the project MI i'm possible and start off afresh with a new project named 1+1=12! GOD im really ready to go where YOU send me! send me and i will go! =) then we went for svc!... after svc went to meridian for lunch cum dinner? hahas... then i accompany my shpd to mount elizabeth hospital!

she bu ting hua! sting by the bees then don wanna see doc! sneezing away and slight fever!! then we wanna "dragged" her to see doc!... we went to the hospital but all the clinics are closed... only left with A&E! then she don wanna go A&E... so we saw opposite got a paragon medical centre, so we decided to go there and give it a try to see whether there's still clinics available or not!

hais... but the end don have any! so she went for CL meeting then i go home... check the 24-hr clinics for her... haha... but she alr know where got le! so it's ok! hope she will be fine! Today... CCA is suspended le but MI concert night... i and yunti are excused from duty, which means we will be on duty for teachers' day! yea yea!! GOD i love you! wanna give thanks to YOU! err... today i got stomachache from yio chu kang! i tell GOD.. can let me die straightaway? the pain is really extremely bad! most of the time the mrt door opened at every station i will have the strong urge to alight and go to the washroom!

but i thought for a while! if i do so... i will be late! hence i bear till bukit batok and still cant find the toilet! i have no choice but to bear the pain till i reach the school! sobs... GOSH... the pain really make me wanna die! long time don have such a great pain le! then i just on time for flag-raising cos b4 tt, im stuck in the toilet for like so long man! after national anthem, when all ppl went back to classroom for IRP... i went to toilet again... la tu zi very badly!

today's also kenny's o level EL oral! all the best man! good news! for CL oral i have got 2nd in class! and u know what the first person is my fren... she is from china... and our marks are diff by 0.5 mark! lol!! funny la! then i went home very very early! so happy man! then i teach hsuan and kenny a maths! then he is like having fever, so he gone off earlier! may GOD's healing be upon him! =)

Today is Haining MaMa's birthday... 20 year old le.... more matured liao! lol... =) Then I kind of make extra effort to do a hand-made card and suggest to my "family" to buy a gift for her! hahas... indeed because of careful planning, she got a surprise! We celebrate her birthday at the second break just before physics lesson! she distributes the cake and some very greedy ppl like "uncle lincoln" and "xiao yun jie jie" take 3 pieces each la!

Thank GOD got extras! heehee. oh ya... hallelujah... grace says she decides to commit to hope after promos! yeayea.. I prayed that all things will go well and she'll come to know the love of GOD soon. After physics, we got the egg pod drop challenge, all the designs are so big and bulky! Think about 4 groups out of 9-10 grp de egg not broken. But there's a yucky and disgusting thing happen!

one of the group-without using brain =/- wrap the egg with plastic and attached it to the parachute... and then when it dropped it hit the side of the wall and the egg white and yolk all flow out la! =(

okok... enough of the "puking" thing... me, yunti jie jie and uncle lincoln went for cca at center stage. Thank GOD for my nice and understanding teacher, MR HISHAM, he excuse us from duty for today and tml cos he knows that we are sick. Yo ppl! Actually the time now is 1240am, 23/8/2007... But I scared later I confused myself! Hahas, anyway today im on MC! Hais... I feel bad and uneasy of missing lessons again. sobs... =( I stay at home for more than half a day! I went to see my family doc at ard 8 plus... man... the queue is long la... like im the 13th person... After waiting for 1 hr plus... the doc seeing the 10th patient. Sian! I sleep quite a few naps there at the clinic.. lol. Then thank GOD I bring enough $ for the consultation fee, cos initially I wanna bring around 17 bucks, but in the end I take another 20 bucks from my locker. The fee is so ex la! $34... i left with 3 bucks... I went to eat porridge then take medicine. My fren is really nice to bless me with 10 bucks! =)

Today, supposed to wake up at 3am but hor I too tired le... wake up take medicine and go back to sleep again. After school, we went to buy haining mama's birthday present at jurong point, "The Wallet Shop". Then I accompany lincoln to j8 food court to eat dinner. He really nice! helping me to carry some stuffs... i go home and mh (sbcs) come my house and printed some scores... Now i manage to finish decorating the card and wrapping the present for "mama"... also finish the write-up of the egg pod project.

then... the sermon is so divine i decide to account to carmen abt something. i shall not elaborate on it... =) after svc... city hall to meet my fren to see mh's performance at the esplanade library! haha... i saw mh and im so so happy! yea yea... love her too! wanna thank GOD for her in my life... i wanna be thankful to GOD for what i have now! yupz... and i rushed to city hall again to meet my classmates for project!

IT's SO SO SO cOOL la... we are making our own t-shirt as a family! whoohoo... yeah!! thank GOD for this family in my class which makes my school life more colourful... PRAISE GOD! and... i went to my fren's hse and test the thing until very late la! and the dog, rigby, keep on barking at me! T.T... we tried and tried until like 12am... then i realised i missed my train le! so i joined carmen and desiree to study at sun plaza.

Im so dead tired by then... hahax... then after a few hrs... i managed to go to CARMEN's hse! we have deep sharing... i will miss her and love her with the depth of my heart! muacks shpd! i love u! ohh no... i keep on saying i love many ppl le! hahaz... but u know it can le... im excited for this challenge! i hope i can grow to be more CHRIST-like! The apostle Paul is a great model to follow. In Acts 26, Paul had just given his testimony to King Agrippa explaining why he did what he did. Paul wrapped it all up in verses 19 and 20 by saying, in essence, "I stayed on track. GOD gave me a vision and I ordered my life and disciplined myself to be true to that vision."

Life is urgent and uncertain. That's why we need to be sure that we're doing what GOD has placed on our hearts to do. Don't take the will of GOD for granted. That's your heavenly vision.

Today... i have duty early in the morning!! everything goes quite well.. haha but rainy day... then me and jie go collect microphone... and the wire thingy... us getting wet by the heavy raining... lol... then after duty.... went for eggpod discussion.. GP... POA... CL... eggpod meeting tml at sembawang straight after 1st svc! GP do compre today... POA take back the miserable test... >.<... CL got oral! i speak not quite bad! praise the LORD...

despite of my sore throat and bad cough, the teacher still can hear me! yeah... then after school we had CCA rehearsal... at back stage so bored sia... then went to I hub to chat on msn for a while! i tell my deepest darkest secret to my fren... i hope this fren wont spread ard! yup yup... after CCA... i went for shpding at amk hub mos with mh and carmen! it's great but a news is break.... saddened us a bit! but GOD has His own perfect plans for us!

hey hey... realised i nv blog abt my CG! ytd.. it's one of my CG mate's birthday... then we went to her hse at yew tee to give her a suprise celebration! she is so shocked la... when we just reached her hse... she is actually bathing... then we stand in front of the bathroom door... once she opened the door... we sang happy birthday song~... her didi and meimei so cute la... i wanna have so small sis!

today have POA, maths and physics test! i studied like mad/crazy ppl like tt for the whole of ytd and today! when me and my frens are studying in the library... lincoln is like so so so confident la... he say y nid to study? im like nearly bei ta qi si~~ anyway...today the POA test i got single digit la! perhaps everyday i will go to my fren's hse to study and then catch the last train back!

today very happy... i feel blessed to have this sbcs with me! after "CG".... we went home tgt! then we talked from train to bus to bus stop! it's really nice talking to her... even though it's simple stuffs.. but it's very happy to know what's happening in each other's lives everyday! oh ya... we decide to meet up one day per week for night study in sch! cool right? then can fellowship while we were on our way home! yea yea!

haha... im a person tt really treasured fellowship a lot! i love you sbcs!! let's do it for GOD 1+1=12... actually decide to keep my entries short de initially cos got a lot of hw to do! but.. i have got too much to say le! lol.. tml got shpding! yea yea... i agree that CG and shpding is a privilege... so ppl must treasure it wor! But despite all that i have done... GOD extended HIMSELF toward me with the incredible love of the cross through His Son, JESUS CHRIST. He wrote out HIS love message on that crossbeam of wood and pinned it to an empty sky for all the universe to see: "I love you". HE opened the way for me to come back to HIM.

That just staggers the mind.

I cannot grasp the greatness of GOD. All i can do is stop, sit down, sit still, be still, and know that HE is GOD.

His 1st word frm e cross is "Father." As He enters into His suffering, tis word will disappear as an indication of His torment. "Forgive them," Jesus says. "They don know what dey're doing." His final lament begins with e theme of forgiveness. His enemies r stretching out His arms on e cross beam, nailing nails thru His flesh. He had told e disciples to love & forgive their enemies. Luke alone records His words tt "[God] is kind to e ungrateful & e evil" (6:35), - a most extraordinary phrase. In manifest kindness, Jesus genuinely asks e Father to forgive, to absolve, e Roman legionnaires who r executing Him. They cant possibly imagine wat they r doing, for wat dey r doing is unimaginable - aiding in e death of God. Becoming accomplices to e salvation of e world. Sacrificing e perfect Lamb of God.

Apparently, once Jesus is raised up on e high cross on which He was crucified, they turn their backs on e scene & cast lots for e seamless robe Jesus had been wearing. There were 3 "lots," which indicates tt dere were only 3 soldiers assigned to e unthinkable task. As they wipe e fresh blood of their hands & turn to their grisly game, Jesus is pleading that e Father forgive them.

Jesus' 1st word frm e cross were asking for forgiveness for those crucifying Him.

God... May i be like YOU... always praying for the unlovable, the ppl who were against us and O LORD... i wanna take pleasure in praying for them! thank YOU LORD for speaking to me today! in JESUS' name. AMEN!

i decided to blog now! hahaz... surprise!! cos at night i nid to study le! then now nth to do in CCA... i have complete the thingy tt nid to submit le! GOD speaks to me now! i will take this time to rest in YOU! leg pain... still swelling! later got CTM and studying with my fren! hmm... tml got three tests and it's all my H2 subjects! GOD i knoe tt YOU are near! may YOU be with me as i do the tests! yeah.. no matter what... i gonna praise YOU!

The deception continues to tis day. Many people claim to b "christs" but they lack nail prints. Gurus tell us how to live happier & more productive lives. They say we can get "in touch with e deepest part of ourselves" & how we can be spiritual without being religious. What millions do not have, however, is a GOD with wounds, a GOD who entered into our world & suffered on our behalf so tt we might be reconciled to GOD. So important is tis central act of redemption tt it changed e unchangeable. Indeed, heaven is different bcos of "e LAMB who was slain" (Revelation 5:12). e blood is gone, but e scars remain as a remainder of our sin and a remainder of HIS grace.

In 1 Cor 1:17-18, Paul battled false teachers and competing messages. He reminded the church of our rightful focus: "CHRIST did not send me to baptize but to preach the gospel,... For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of GOD."

No one can experience GOD's eternal favor if they bypass the cross. The cross is the hinge upon which the door of history swings. It is the hub that holds the spokes of GOD's purposes in a granf unity. The OLD testament prophets pointed toward it, and the NEW testament disciples proclaimed it. When we "cling to the old rugged cross," we are not doing so out of mere sentimentality. The cross is the heart of our message and the heart of our power to combat the encroaching darkness.

GOD says much the same thing. He speaks to me abt 3 areas thru this passage.

What i promise to GOD, i must do.
It's better not to make promises than to break them. That doesnt mean i should never make promises, but i just need to know that a promise is a serious thing.
Credibility and character are tied to the words i speak.

I must remember promises are important. Follow thru on what i promise to do-especially in my commitments to GOD.

"GOD i just wanna pray that U will protect me from above! Father i wanna be healthy and fit in YOU to do YOUR work!! i wanna defeat the devil in the area of sickness and injury... in JESUS' name i prayed. AMEN! =)"... thank YOU for being in my life!

today... after school went to jurong point with my classmates! i don know why im so accident-proned!! fall down... blackout for few seconds... like a dream... i don know what's happening! then i limped my way home... sobs sobs... my frens say i very scary... my "uncle" and "mummy" run to me... "uncle" help me to carry stuffs and "mummy" fu wo qi lai!

aiyo... really embarrassesd and pai seh de! then ytd "uncle" help me carry bag and let my ICC teacher saw it... he say "SO SWEET"! ai yo yo... one more ppl tot tt he is my bf... actually he is not really sweet la... he is bullying me... sobs... don wan give me back my bag... my "jie" also bully me today and ytd! despite all tt... wanna thank GOD for them... for they are really nice frens and "family"!

i got a lot of work today also... don know whether to sleep or not! every subjects got one or two hw... and i got 6 subs! imagine tt... nid to be completed in less than 12 hrs! so ok... might as well don sleep! hahaz... first time i feel a bit stress! a lot of work is piling up for me!! my frens in other streams are so relaxed la... i heard tt they can go out everyday and enjoyed themselves! and they say they nv do hw for very long le... so blessed are they! it's ok... i know GOD definitely will not give us things beyond what we can bear de! chiong ah huiying! loving GOD more and more! i supposed to receive a morning call from my fren at 2am... but so sweeet la... my fren called at 3/4 plus... cos wanted to let me sleep longer! thank GOD for u! despite of the morning calls i nv wake up... cos having mild fever and terrible sore throat! this morning wake up no voice siah... my mummy really nice. she make honey water for me! A commitment to Christ is surrendering everything I am and have. Commitment translates into faithfulness to Christ each moment of every day. My commitment to Christ is something i lay down in my lifetime.

Apostle Paul was faithful in persecution, faithful when his motives were misunderstood, faithful when he lacked the comforts of home and security. As im thinking why did he do it? GOD tells me tt he was laying down his life a day at a time. His driving ambition was to be found faithful-worthy to bear the name of Christ. He wrote about it all the time. (Phillipians 1:27) "Let your manner of life be worthy." (Ephesians 4:1) "Walk in a manner worthy of the calling." (Colossians 1:10) "Walk in a manner worthy of the LORD."

This is my prayer and convenant to YOU O LORD: "Today i want my life to be pleasing to YOU. Tml, next week, next 10 years, i still want to be devoted to YOU and YOUR cause. I dont know what's coming, or what the cost will be, but i want to be found faithful in YOU. In JESUS' name... i pray. AMEN!"

The thought of faithfulness fires up my faith once again, i wanna praise GOD for HIS sustaining faithfulness to me and i want to cont' to keep going in HIM!
